The introduction of OPEN BOOK jobs (combining the features of tender, service and manual invoices) has been taken up widely by the Costcon user base.
The job creation screen sets a default margin for each type of cost (Labour, Materials, Subcontractors) to streamline the Claims / Invoicing process.
The open book claim screen shows all costs for the above (and their default margins) posted before the nominated Debtors invoice date. Costs are also summarized by subcategory.
